2004 Honda Shadow VT600 Motorcycle Won't Start?

Just bought it last week & rode it home about 12 miles in flooding rain. I took the battery out and took it to have tested & it is good. put it back in the bike and it started yesterday. Didn't go for a ride after. Went to start it today it started

Start with the battery...again, have it load tested. If the battery comes back ok after a LOAD test, then it sounds like you have a bad starter solenoid. The buzzing sound is usually a tell-tale sign of a solenoid or a starter relay that has gone bad.
