Stuffit "unable to expand archive"?

I downloaded a .rar file from freebookspot.in and I tried to open it with Stuffit for Windows 8.5. An error message popped up saying "Unable to expand archive...Engine error: Internal error."
Any idea what this error is referring to and

Grab a copy of WinRAR and use that. I don't use StuffIt for anything but the occasional StuffIt archive.
