2001 dodge ram 2500 diesel. starter ok, batteries new, ground wires and cables ok, why wont it start? ugh help?
I have been working on this truck for a couple of days now. perplexed because all components seem to be functioning correctly. Starter is good, batteries, cables, grounds (both engine and battery) are good. Seems like it may be something in the ignition,
You didn't mention whether it actually cranks or not.
Is the engine turning at a descent RPM when you try to start it?
If so then you likely have a fuel problem.
If not then it's obviously electrical.
