Which fuse is for cigarette lighter and engine code reader on my 2004 chevy Silerado 1500 LS?

I have a 2004 chevy Silerado 1500 LS. The cigarette lighter and the engine code reader are not working on it. I am told by someone that they both have a common fuse and it might be blown. The truck have two fuse boxes and I can't figure out which fuse

it is the same fuse in the under hood fuse block on L side, says cig
