i want to built a chopper and require a 500cc v-twin second hand only engine where i will get in india at lowest price .and also want to get rare wide tyre.

I have for free a 350 small block chevy 4 bolt main engine & you can have it for free, but only if you are putting it in a bike frame & I want to get the first ride.
