What is the best car engine oil I can use to prevent oil burn / loss?

My car is a 1998 Mitsubishi Montero LS (Mid-Size SUV).

Please include in your answers where I can buy that type of engine oil as well.

I would highly recomend an oil called - Castrol High Milage!!You can buy it at any Walmart or most department stores or automotive stores. Walmart carries it in the 5 quart jug - which I prefer.
